Why haven't some old gen features made it to the next gen NCAA series?

The purpose of this blogpost is to address several minor features in the old gen NCAA Football series that for some reason have never made the jump to next gen. I'm going to leave out the obvious suggestions like uniforms, FCS teams, fans, and stadiums since these items take into account alot of graphics issues and some have already been implemented. The features that I am suggesting are not necessarily related to graphics issues and therefore shouldn't be constrained by the jump from old-gen to next gen systems. Feel free to add any features I may have forgotten. *Note: some features were taken out long before the jump to next gen.

*Being able to edit schedules of all teams and the ability to schedule games at any stadium (NCAA 98-2001) (This feature would be perfect for scheduling LSU-UNC @ the Georgia Dome, Boise St vs VaTech at FedEx Field, and many other games that will be played in neutral or special site stadiums this year.)

*Spring Games (NCAA 2007-) (Spring Games allow you to evaluate incoming freshman and helping to decide which players to redshirt before the start of the season)

*Comprehensive Sports Illustrated/ESPN article headlines

*THE IN-GAME TICKER (NCAA 2002-) (It's always interesting to see how other games in progress are playing out. It would be very cool if they added bonus coverage after the conclusion of your game to show the final minutes of another game. Of course, half-time & post game highlights of other games would be another outstanding feature)

*East/West Shrine Game (NCAA 98') (The East-West Shrine Game in NCAA 98' remains the only all-star senior game in the series, unless you count the senior bowl in Madden 07'. This game is great for those who export their draft classes to Madden as you get a great chance to evaluate incoming talent. NCAA needs to add the Senior Bowl)

*The Heisman Trophy Ceremony (NCAA 06'-) (Made winning the Heisman that much special)

*Pregame/Intro Show (NCAA 06'-)

*College football television themed music (NCAA 2002)

*Being able to track FCS teams in your dynasty through a FCS top 25 (NCAA 2000)

*Reliving Great Moments in NCAA History (NCAA 2004)

*Cutscenes of coaches, postgame meetings, Gatorade showers (NCAA 2003-)

*Realistic attendance at games (NCAA 2004-)

Again, feel free add any I missed (except uniforms, historical teams, FCS schools, etc).
